Ok, this is in the wrong place, but I do have some special privileges here. Some of you had mentioned that you'd be interested in buying my new dove lecture notes, so I've put them up as a pdf. The cost is $10 and you can PayPal me at dascribner@optonline.net

Thanks, Mike, got the payment and sent the notes. Go ahead and report the post. I'm the one that sees it anyway, so I win.

Thank you, Dave. I was out performing late at a 1st Communion party when you emailed it to me. I scanned over it when I got home. It looks nice. The first page really got my attention. I will read over it tomorrow. Thanks again.

You're welcome. Hope you can find something useful. There must be something usable in 26 pages of notes. Enjoy

Dave,
Why don't you mention what's in the notes? That might sway some of us. :) Steven |

Well, I don't particularly like self promotion, but here's a brief description of what to expect. The notes are not just a collection of ideas from the lecture but actually the lecture itself. They consist of 4 individual chapters, starting out assuming the reader is totally new to dove magic. It includes tips and ideas for everyone, even the experienced dove worker. Topics covered and in sequence are:
How to do a basic steal Types of pockets, holders and loops commercially available and how to make your own Types of loop holders and ideas on making your own How to do a steal Types of Doves available Cages, aviaries, health, care and maintenance, food, treats and diseases Coloring, feather and nail trimming Reference material for research and library building Each of the sections is detailed, and there are several photos to go along with the discussion.

Hey, Dave!
$10.00 for that information??? Should be $50.00! It took me numerous books, tapes, and trial and error to amass that kind of info available for $10.00 from you! If you wanna do doves.....PM Dave and get your hands on this info! Yeah.....it's that good! Tony |

Thanks, Tony. There's a lot of information not in the notes, but there's only just so much time for a lecture. Maybe I'll need a sequel.

Great info on loops and loop holders, much of which I hadn't read elsewhere. And, it's nice to be able to see and compare the different pockets and holders side-by-side.

I got Dave's lecture notes ("Love Your Doves") and I really enjoyed them! He has covered a lot of details, some of which I have not actually seen covered with the same detail....even in all the dove DVDs I have. Dave has helped me so many times for so long, and it is great to have all his helpful knowledge compiled into one journal. If you do, or are thinking about doing dove magic, you should get Dave's lecture notes!
Thank you Dave! Regan
