Why doesn't anyone do the old school plate spinning like Maskelyne did and published in THE MODERN CONJURER by C. Lang Neil (available free at Learned Pig Project).

I believe that is called Plate Waltzing. I had hoped for years to see someone do it the way I read about how John Maskelyne spun the plates. I too have never seen anyone do it except Erich Brenn. If you notice, he spins the bowl on the rims instead of using the tricked plates.
