This video does not show Higgins dumping confetti down the aisle at Abbott's before his performance started... did he get the clean up bill? I still have confetti shards in my shoes...

I actually was just pulling confetti out of my shoes just moments ago. Uncanny.

I don't know if he got a bill; he didn't tell me if he did. He almost got kicked out of the Midwest Magic Jubilee the next week for pulling the same stunt.

Rumor has it that Franz Harary was in the cat suit, but I can't confirm that. Can someone else?

Whoops, meant to say Harary gave a standing ovation to Steve Chezaday- was a wonderful afternoon show with lots of fun energy- best $10 show multiple performer show in years...

I was at the Jubilee and talked to one of co-chairs in charge. The confetti mess that was left in the hallways and auditorium infuriated the hotel staff because that mylar confetti doesn't vacum up. It literally takes a tape roller to pick it all up. The hotel warned the jubilee that the convention was going to get charged for the cleaning. The stage contest this person competed in was on Friday morning. There were lectures, stage show etc friday and the confetti was STILL coming off of the curtains Saturday night. This wasn't a magic act at all. It was nothing but confetti throwing, and throwing and throwing. That is all it was.

Well, I must not get it.....Looks like a take off on Rip Tailors' confetti silliness. I didn't think he was too funny either.

So much for watching the video it's been pulled.

The funny thing about that confetti bit was that it wound up everywhere in town. I even found some on the carpet in my bed room .. no joke. Some how it followed me home. As far as Franz being in the giant cat suit .. that's not true.

I think he was buying every Twinkie in town for his little surprise after my bit on the matinee. I was of course all in fun .. and he really pulled it off. I had no clue and the stage was covered in Twinkies after my act.

Everyone left with a smile .. and Franz had the biggest smile of all.
