This idea is similar to the "Give me Five" post, but rhymes instead. Each person contributes one line of a limerick, continuing from the previous person's line, and after 5 lines we will have a complete limerick that's sort of makes sense.

After that we need to start a new limerick, but BASED on the previous one - in that way we will have a continuing story but completely in limerick form.

These don't have to strictly be limericks, ito structure - but the "word flow" at least should be the same. Let's see if we can "stump" each other . . .

I'll start

"There once was a magi with pluck"

Who always was down in his luck.

But he gets inspired easily by his duck.

(James, the rhyme is A, A, B, B, A).

His name was James Tong,

(and the next line should be something like "And his hair was too long," and the last line something like, "and his head was all covered in muck." Sorry! )

Don't be sorry, If he doesn't wash his hair, it's not your fault.

He often did magic in bed,

Which his lonely wife did dread

His tricks were atrocious
