That is right, no peeking for this one either, it's Prime Minister trivia!
1. Which PM served three non-consecutive terms? 2. Which is the only former dead PM NOT buried in Canada? 3. Name the PM's not born in Canada.... 4. Name the PM who is considered Canadas first citizen. 5. Which PM started a scandel by posing bare shouldered behind a judges robe prior to becoming PM? 6. Which PM had an eye ball taken out of his skull? |

I think I'm wrong about Trudeau. There was only one break.
Maybe it was William Lyon Mackenzie King. John

The buried PM is no longer PM thus 'former' rather than 'formerly' and I specified dead so you all wouldn't run around looking for PMs buried alive.
The dead'n buried guy is in London and Kim Campbell is correct for nasty photos. |

Wait! Thank you Balducci, Bennett IS the one buried outside of Canada, in England. There were two others who died outside of Canada and I got 'em mixed up. John got a dead Bennet right.

I was trying to figure out whose grave or whatever of a famous Canadian I remembered seeing overseas in London or Ireland ... upon reflection and some research, I imagine it was Sir John A. Macdonald's bust that I saw in The Crypt of St Paul's Cathedral.
In my searching just now, I came up with a good question for you all. Who is the British Prime Minister of Canadian birth?

I know I know! I'll let the others play though. It's the law.

Bennett was easy for me, as I went to high school in a place named after him.
The Kim Campbell photo was kinda nice, I thought. Not bad for a Prime Minister. John

3. Sir John A. MacDonald has to be one. The first PM was born in Scotland.

1. Mackenzie King
1921 - 1926 King-Byng affair King’s government loses election because of prohibition scandal, but King refused to step down saying he had the support of the Progressives. Does finally step down after facing confidence vote. 1926 - 1930 reelected, he again shoots himself in the foot, this time by making offhanded remarks about provinces without a liberal government not getting money from the feds at start of great depression. 1935 - 1948 reelected and serves as PM during the war. 2. RB Bennett 3. John A MacDonald, Scotland Alexander Mackenzie, Scotland Mackenzie Bowell, England John Turner. England 4. John Abbott 1891 - 1892 is the first PM born in Canada, but not until 1947 with the Citizen Act coming into effect are we officially known as Canadian citizens. Therefore, it would have to be Mackenzie King again. 5. Kim Campbell 6. You’ve got me there! And who ever thought that teaching Canadian history for 23 years would be a waste? |

Well, we agree on #1, but Santa said it was wrong. Hmm.
#4, I think Mackenzie King got the first citizenship papers. Also, Charles Tupper was born in Nova Scotia in 1821, but I guess it wasn't technically Canada yet. (Do Americans say that George Washington was born in America or Great Britain?) #6 --I have absolutely no clue. John

King did serve 3 non consecutive terms.
It was King, Meighan, King, Bennett, King. And, you're right again. King was the first official Canadian Citizen with the introduction of the Citizen's Act in 1947. |

Truthfully, it was the latter.
(Really only remembered it was a short last name, and an "L" stuck with me) |

John, you were right about King, I misread your answer (the curse of small print and bad eyes).
The PM with the missing eye, due to cancer, was Lester Pearson. The Canadians win the trivia contest! Eh! |
