I can't add much more to this than what Marco Tempest had to say about this video. READ MORE

After listening to your interview with him on the magic news wire. He would have most likely let them use the ideas. If they would have asked. And now they are trying to sue him. Just nuts!!

Do they really think that someone would believe that they happen to come up with the same effect, look, prop colors, positioning, wording, etc? C'mon. Welcome to the new world of thieves.

Marco is the original. They guy has brilliant ideas. Luckily he will always be ahead of the copiers because those two only have a half brain between them.

SAD to see this. It's why friends of mine have been booted from this forum. These thefts are insulting and unethical.
Many people here on the Café even seem to think this kind of thievery is OK ... I don't get it!!!

This situation is identical to the recent one where Mel Mellers stole the Mindereading Goose from Steve Spill and claimed independent discovery even though Spill did it on tv when Mellers was only a teenager. The suing part is just outrageous.

The original video was pullled by YouTube but it has resurfaced and the post has been updated.

Yeah.. looks like "The Twins" aren't happy that this video keeps popping up as they continue to contact YouTube and claim copyright violations to have it pulled. Fortunately, several people keep reposting it. Try it again as I found another one today and updated the story.

When it happens to someone else, it's imitation.

When it happens to me, it's theft.

Hmmm... Apparently one of them even copied the other's genetic code. Which one is the original and which one is the copy?

On a similar note: I have recently written a play about Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark. I was shocked to find identical copies in every bookstore. Some faker named Shakespeare claims it's his.

Lawsuit to follow.
