Just get the Chamberlain's lotion, which is actually a liquid, and put it in a small spray bottle from the drug store.

Hey,thanks for the site. Think I will try this.

I originally learned about Chamberlains from Milt Kort and have been able to have Walgreens order it in for me. It does last a long time.

I love the stuff and have been using it for a long time. My only gripe is that I can't muscle pass worth a darn when its applied.
