Just ordered my Christmas magic at Penguin Magic. Mistakenly ordered a lecture that I had ordered before. Emailed customer support late at night and it was fixed before I woke up. Superb!

I look at it differently.
I no longer order from shops or people who have either never delivered my paid in full item, or I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to receive my paid in full item.

Items I am interested in purchasing I order from dealers and people who have shown they will actually deliver in a timely manner.

Tired of the excuses and lies.

For me, number one in price and service is The Magicwarehouse. A close second is Penguin for the same reason. I had minor issues over the years with both companies and the customer service was unbelievably amazing. I also know, neither one sells knockoffs and that for me is very important . They both have a high degree of integrity and morals.

Honest reviews Smile

just saw this video:

I ordered a wallet from them. They had used a JOL picture for their item. What I received was not JOL nor did it match their picture. I do not recommend them.

They are also selling pirated items.
Just received their email and it listed several Promystic rip offs.
Just doesn't seem right !

I'm a long time user of:
Stevens Magic
Hocus Pocus
Penguin magic

After many years with these companies I've never had a disappointing experience.

I've been buying most of my supplies from Morley's Magic Shop in Butler NJ.
Online I use mostly Penguin Magic.
Today I'll give Madhatter a try. Their prices are pretty good.

I used to buy from Madhatter...until they started mixing in Chinese knockoffs..I also used to buy from Hank Lee's...until there was credit card fraud...now I try to stick with Penguin...unless they don't have what I need.

Just found out that Denny & Lee in Las Vegas (which changed their name to Las Vegas Pro Magic several months ago) is shutting the doors for good on Saturday... of course, Baltimore location is still going to be open.

Too bad, it was about the only "real" magic shop around here other than the tourist "pitch" magic shops...
