Thank you for including us with such a nice group of people!

It's good dealing with people who know that what they want and what they need are not always the same thing. We have both, but I'd rather sell you the things you can use Smile

1. MJM Magic
2. That's all! They usually have everything I need at the lowest price. Plus I like the personal touch they provide in their service.

I used to purchase from Penguin back in the day but no longer.

Occasionally, I will also try to support magician's directly by purchasing straight from them, like Andy Amyx or something.

I am going to have to add:

MJM
The Magic Warehouse
Morley's Magic in NJ; They took the time to separately mail several decent free tricks that they forgot to put into the box with my order. It was like getting a completely unexpected holiday gift in the mail Smile

I don't live too far from Morley's Magic.
Great for customer service. I go there sometimes to pick up something and will spend a few hours just talking magic and getting help with my technique.
If I have time, I'll take the train to NY and go to Tannen's and Fantasma. I love watching Magick Balay behind the counter in action.(Tannen's)

Ordered off wholesalemagic.com for the first time . They wont confirm after 3 weeks after I ordered ,even if anything is on the way to Me.
Allowing for the fact Im in New Zealand ,I understand shipping takes longer .But they could at least respond to an email.Never Again.

Just want to give a quick kudos to Paul Gross and Hocus Pocus. Something I ordered arrived this past Sunday and unfortunately it was slightly damaged. I emailed Hocus pocus Sunday afternoon and first thing this morning had an email from Paul apologizing and advising a replacement would be sent. A few minutes later I got the email confirming a new item has been shipped. This is first class customer service. Not all websites and shops are equal. Thank you again Paul.

Penguin Magic, for sure. Excellent costumer service and they got a LOAD of stuff. They're the biggest I'm aware of.
The only case I don't get from them is when they don't have the product I want, or the best deal (that's hard to happen, but I've seem).
