I appreciate that you can understand things from my shoes. Apology accepted, and very much appreciated bobser.
I am proud of this bender and the work put into it. And I am excited about getting it out to people who’ve been wanting a product like this – a real-time bender, affordably priced, with full routines. I’m not trying to prevent anyone from getting other benders. In fact, I’ve encouraged many people who have PMed me that they will be very happy with their purchase of XYZ bender. I really do recommend both QB2 and CV2 to anyone who is considering buying one of them. They are excellent magic products, and I really mean that. I feel strongly enough about the ACB and the routines with it that I believe even people who own other benders will like what they get with the ACB. Some of the routines can be used with other benders, so magicians with other benders can consider the ACB as a DVD to enhance their presentations and open up new ways to use them. Because of this, I don’t feel like I’m trying to compete with other benders, but instead help push coin bending further than before. The Absolute Coin Bender will be out in December. I am sure it will be available for per-order sooner than its release date, but I will leave that to the magicshops. Magicshops will also be the first to have the demo when its out. |

Is there a video demo, or some info on the product, I have seen a lot here on this thread, but nothing to push me to a purchase, yet.

I've been a bit interested in this but I'm starting to wonder if you'll make the release date of 'Winter 2009'. Any new information on when we can expect to see this available?
Thanks, Mike |

Is January still 'Winter 2009'? Or is that 'Winter 2010'?
Enquiring minds want to know. |

This will be available everywhere.
Check your favorite magic shop starting on the 17th. The fast updating magic shops will have it, or list it on the 17th (or sooner if they do pre-orders, which is up to them). But it will be available at every magic shop. Thanks to everyone for their support, interest, and best wishes. |

You wouldn't happen to want someone who does coin bending routines regularly to give it a review would you ;-)

So is this being distributed by Murphy's? I live in NYC so my local shops are Tannen's and Fantasma. Tannen's usually lists products pretty early before they get released and the Absolute Coin Bender has not been listed yet.

Magi51...your new bender looks interesting and for the price point of around $30 you can't go wrong.
I've been bending signed coins in real time for a bit over 2 years. I had my own gimmick machined for personal use. I'm very happy with it as the handling I developed is very clean. Into the pocket to get a marker, have the coin signed, do the move, put the marker away...and I'm reset to do it again. I've never been caught doing the move as I use misdirection. Most people have a problem with this part and can't get over it. Your video does not show the biggest selling feature...the move being hidden. Your video shows a feat of strength type presentation (via Superman Bend) which is not magic. I'm probably going to purchase it anyway, but you would probably sell a zillion units if you would show the move that can't be detected in real time. I believe magicians would know when the move happens by watching a video...but we can also compare it to other versions on how clean it is. Good luck with your new product. Rich B. |

I would avoid that one, its not even a magic shop. Looks like a knockoff of superman.
I saw the Absolute coin bender at hocus-pocus. My order is on the way! |

I just bought it. The video was lame as it only showed the gaff once then the rest was fluff and dumb.
I hope I didn't waste my money, but if it's good it will save me about $470 big ones. John |

Has anyone gotten this yet? I personally love Superman. I have another one too but I can't remember the name of it. It cost me about $50 or so if I remember right. I think Superman was a little more than that...maybe $75. Anyway, just curious to know if anyone has this yet.
