What do you think are the most 10 frequently asked questions a prospect will want answered on a website?

It depends on the purpose of the website, and how much info you want to give, and how much you've already given them.
Some people use FAQs to talk about themselves personally, some to answer basic business questions, and some to answer questions about the show setting, etc. - Donald

I added an FAQ page to my birthday party website to answer stuff like "how much space do you need," "what's in the program," etc.
If you're using an FAQ page, make sure to write your questions and answers in a way that uses and reinforces your website's targeted keywords for SEO. Not the biggest web traffic tip on the planet, but it's worth adding to the mix. --Jack

I don't think a FAQ page is what Mike is asking about

Sorry, Bill, but that is what I was asking about.

I stand corrected then
It read as if you were asking what customers wanted answered by a website |

Add a couple:
What makes you better than the other guy? What do you look like? I had some ways of answering those HERE and HERE plus a page that served as a FREE PARTY PLANNING GUIDE, a page addressing the issue of price phrased as "CAN I AFFORD ALL THIS?" and one answering the question "DO I NEED TO BUY GOODIE BAGS?" |

Honestly you don't need that at all to get in the door. Unless you want to spend that much.

I am never hired for a show - I am booked for a show
I am never asked to do a show, I am requested to perform. Hope you see the difference. I think GooGooDolls was hinting around the same concept. If you create an image of world class entertainment (even for your market) people will book you on your image not because you have 10 tips on great birthdays.
