So I know that there are a lot of magic applications for the I-phone but does anyone know if there are any magic apps for Verizon? Im thinking about getting the droid which is supposed to be Verizons competition with the I-phone and I know that they have a lot of applications like the I-phone but I am wondering if there will be any magic applications for the Verizons new phone DROID

Looking forward to your thoughts

It depends on if the market grows for the droid.

There are so many iphone users that there is a market.

If only a small handfull of magi own a droid, I doubt you will see anyone spend time on developing something.

Blackberry tried to overthrow the iphone, as well as others.. now the droid is trying... I don't see it happening. Iphone users are pretty loyal.

Also - Verizon is getting the iphone once the ATT exclusive contract expires early next year.

I'm also hoping there are some cool apps for the Droids. I'm very happy with mine, didn't want to switch to ATT for their poor coverage and I know some iphone users who have switched over. If you are thinking about getting a droid, don't let magic apps sway you!

Wish I could vanish 'em all. They just aren't magical. If by chance you do find something cool with it, the first thing people will do is look it up online. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. You might show something they could perform at work the next day.
Someone who is clever enough to write a magical app could use it nicely as a publicity tool.

You may be in luck by 2010. Hopefully the deal will go through.

Hey Hiphopperco,

Check out my effect O.D. (Optical Delusion) you can find it at you favorite magic dealer or direct from my website. Keep in mind there are also some really great bonus effects on the DVD, including a killer card transposition effect. With the purchase of the DVD you also receive access to the O.D. (Optical Delusion) forum where you can pick up tips and tricks, free downloads and share ideas with others.

Let me know if you have any questions

Maybe you haven't seen the iForce by Greg Rostami. This iPhone app did everything right, you can't google it and find out about it, you can't search the App Store for it by it's name and find the gimmicked version (they will actually find a straight ungimmicked version - which is a great theory killer if you screw up and they suspect the app!). It looks just like the regular app, but it's a clever mentalists' utility that I am having a lot of success with. Use it just like a notepad and it makes total sense to spectators. No one has suspected the device was gimmicked in any way.
I've been keeping notes in Smartphones and PDAs for a long time, now there is finally an app that helps me make predictions!
It's not like the rest of the iPhone magic junk I've seen...
