I just went on a famous Beantown magic dealer's site and was amazed to see that my late friend, Ted Lesley has had one of his creations revived, albeit in a somewhat cruder version than anything he ever marketed. This is his famous "Mind Bender" -- the bending wine glass. This is what Steven Minch called it in Paramiracles, and it's what it is being called at the magic shop.

I'm not going to review this here yet. Instead, I am asking Keith Arlen Lack to tell me whether he has asked for permission from the owner of Ted's material to produce this version of the Bending Wine Glass.

The rights to all of Ted's material were sold to a rather well-known German magic dealer. This dealer has been known to instigate lawsuits, so I strongly suggest that Keith get in touch with me, so I can get him in touch with the people in Germany.

If Keith has done his homework, then I'll review the trick.

It's still on the market. I bet he never responded to Bill.

I doubt that Mr. Lack ever will.

It is funny to me that there is all this talk about Keith Arlen Lack and Arlen Studios, but every link I have ever seen for his site takes me to some sports page and has nothing anywhere on it to do with magic. Strange to me.

That being said, I would think twice about producing the protected material of Ted Lesley. One can find this on his Cabaret Mindreading DVD, Vol. 1.
