It is really heartening to see that Don believes in great customer service, "walks the walk" and is going above and beyond the call of duty in this regard. I'm so glad to see the RNT2 brand is alive and well.

I am not a customer of RNT2, but visited the website in the course of reading this thread.
Just wanted to say that I was VERY impressed with the info supplied with the different sets of cups. If a magic dealer usually gives any information on its C&B sets, it's simply that the cup is so many inches high, and that's about it. But these RNT2 descriptions are clearly intended for the real cup workers, who need to have the sort of detail that's provided. If I ever hit the lottery, I will definitely keep RNT2 in mind. SETH
