I need help! When I connect my ipod to my icue2 and press the button on the remote, the blue LED light won't come on. The auto-start-up mode doesn't happen.
There is a new battery in the remote. The receiver shows that it is receiving the signal from the transmitter (the lights on top of the receiver light up) whenever I hit the button on the transmitter. The receiver is plugged into AC power and the P9 display lights and the "P" of the P9 flashes on the display. Obviously the unit is useless to me right now. Any help would be deeply appreciated! Lou,
Mine did the same thing, but I was fountnate at the time to have it fixed before everything happen with the company. But I know there is a member on the Café that has a friend that could possibly fix yours, follow this link http://www.jimhynd.com he may be able to help you out. I also received an email from Kelly Duro that he will repair any unit up until March 2010 that is if you want to take a chance. Knock on wood mine is still functioning well, after it goes I have to look into something else. It really is a shame what happened it was a great product. Good luck! Abra |

Thanks Abra. I'm in contact with Kelly. He thinks that it's a defective remote.
