I know that Mac King and some others use Twist Ties for the Thumb Tie. So far I have not had good luck using myself. The pipe cleaners seem to work better. I don't want to expose anything, so it's hard to describe the problem I am having.
Has anyone here used the Twist Ties themselves successfully. I am referring mainly to the Jaspernese Thumb Tie, but would be interested to know if other methods work well with the Twist Ties. Thanks, Jack

I use twistys for the Jaspernese. You can PM me is you have specific questions.
"What's your drug?" she asked. "Hope" he said, "The most addicting one of all."

Never mind. I found out What was wrong. Loose nut behind the wheel. The answer was right under my nose (in print). As many times as I read the Jaspernese booklet, for some reason I totally overlooked a step.
I apologize for being ambiguous about this whole thing, I don't want to expose the method.
