I understand. I was just saying how I make them and have found them to work fine. They must as I have made four of them for Dale Salwak.

It seems to be a bit better after a few days. It's still heavy but it seems to be lying flater than before. Maybe there was air trapped inside at first that has since leaked out?

You might also have a static problem.

The first thing out of my case for a stage show is a spray can of Static Guard. In my silk lectures, I advise you to spray the magician. We are the ones who drag our feet on the carpet in the green room and then slide down the stage curtain wearing a wool jacket. We cause the static charge. It is no surprise that silk will then react to it. So will paper and other small light items.

PS --- Spraying the magician will also help you keep hair, threads, etc. off of your costume.
