Thanks for the link. Please note that all of Hilford's booklets (and many other products) have been discontinued. More specifically, Murphy's will not be carrying them. Many are still available, but a few are already unavailable. E'Voque is one of them. I have just a couple left and once they are gone, that's it.

I have heard that Docc will be selling these himself, but I've yet to see any website or additional info about it.

He offered the lecture notes as pdf on cd.
