I haven't seen this at any dealer's yet. I spotted it on eBay.de. It looks like a shell game variant.

Unless I am misunderstanding what I see in the video (and I REALLY don't think I am) this is a concept I remember from a beginner's magic book many years ago (30 or 40?) using paper party cups. The angles are very, very limiting, shall we say, and the props are definitely NOT examinable. I would not suggest this to anyone performing close up...or at all, really.
