What's your favorite effect to perform that utilizes the Elmsley Count besides Twisting the Aces? I say "besides Twisting the Aces" for a very specific reason..., Thanks.

I'm not saying Jack Carpenter's New Theory Ace Assembly uses any Elmsley counts but hypothetically if it does then that's my favorite. Bill Malone's version of Reset is also very strong.

In my view, Elmsley's "One Poor Lion". It makes very cunning use of the Elmsley count and it's a great "story" card trick.

Man, there are so many good effects. Right now, I'd have to say Hyper-Twist by Robert Walker.

First, I want to ensure that there's no possible way for a "debate" to start regarding anything about "Twisting the Aces" because that would detract away from the second reason. Second, a close friend of mine and myself both have very different opinions regarding this question and we were curious to know what the Café would say (I'll explain more later). Third, we both see eye to eye on the "Twisting the Aces" plot : - ) It may not make complete sense right now but I'll explain more later. Right now we're just really curious to see what the workers here are going to say... All the Best, Andrew All the replies so far are really appreciated! |
