From what I can tell these are being snatched up VERY quickly. I got mine from H&R, but only two copies left. If you miss out there I'm sure you'll find a few other respected sellers who have a copy or two (at least for now).

I picked one of these up at the special Jinx lecture Racherbaumer and Anderson did in Daytona. This booklet is worth it for the Open Prediction alone, seeing Jon do it in person was quite a treat.
