I went with the 13 steps to mentalism DVD set - now I really need to go buy the book
so I have all the details (guess I should have done that in the reverse order, book first
as I usually do)

I bought Bannon's "Bullets" and just took the plunge on Harry Lorayne's Best Ever set...that should keep me busy for the rest of the year...or at least until my birthday in February!

I took advantage of Scott Guinn's ebook sale:

My Best to You: Cards
Guinn Gone Mental
Marked for Death
Not Your Ordinary Card Tricks

So far having a great time with them. Lots of good material, especially with the sale price.

From these response - maybe I should have been better to myself.
To be truthful, I am going to extend my 'personal christmas' for another
week or two, buy a few more things, but then sell some stuff (likely non-magic)
to replenish the "toy/magic money fund".

I decided to save the money now, and hold a bigger budget for Magi Fest next month. Jon Allen's new book is really the only thing on my list at the moment and I'll be able to pick it up there minus the shipping charge and perhaps have the copy signed.
