Hi,
I am a magician and have no experience whatsoever with juggling. But I'm interested by it and might be interested in pursuing this art.

I know this is way out of my league, but this is the video that really got me interested in it http://www.smog.pl/wideo/32055/czarodzie......_talent/

So asking for advice on where to start. I know my destination, I just need the starting point. Any tips and where to go from there will also be awesome =)

Yes Al I know there are plenty.
But from magic I know that youtube videos may not be the best, especially for foundations. Since I'm new to this, I don't know what is solid good advice, and what isn't.
Could you maybe give me a link or website with good stuff?

My favorite source when I first started was the Dave Finnigan book "The Complete Juggler". It sells for $10, and there is more juggling information in that book than you can absorbe. The best way to learn lots of juggling quick is to join a club. You can locate a club near you by going to http://www.jugglingdb.com
Good Luck

I too started with The Complete Juggler. It's a great source for learning the basics of many different props. Balls, clubs, diabolos, devil sticks and much more.

However the books I've gotten most out of are The Encyclopaedia of Ball Juggling and The Compendium of Club Juggling. Both written by Charlie Dancey.

For diabolo anything by Donald Grant is a must for the beginner. As are the DVDs put out by Mr Babache.

DVDs by the Pea Pot gang are great for inspiration. Jay Gilligan's stuff is just great.

You might also want to learn about Site Swap Notation. There's a lovely DVD set put out by the Gandini Juggling Project called simply Site Swap. It's not too complicated to learn and opens up a whole new way of learning tricks.
