Can someone advise me towards a good (and potentially free) software program for inserting video into a website? Everyone is asking for a video demo of what we do, and I want to post one...I heard that simply posting a video on YouTube "will suffice", but I am not sure that directing a potential client to their site will project the "proper" image.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Lee

You can upload the video and then embed the youtube code into your website. Any competent web designer should be able to do that. Or you can do it old school and put the video directly on to your server and then embed it from there. Yet again a relatively simple task for any web designer worthy of the title. Embeding the youtube code has the benefit of the video playing on your site but using youtubes bandwidth.

Your best bet is to talk to who ever did your website for you. If that is an avenue you don't wish to persue, send me a PM here. I try not to do web design unless I have to, but I am not above it
