I thought I would share an interesting idea of how I keep track of clients in my database that I have worked with twice or more. I use Excel to manage a list of past clients.

I make a list of all the past clients and then highlight the names in red that have booked me more than once, or really enjoyed working with me. How do you do it?

I use ACT! by Sage, and I suggest everybody else does as well. At least look into it. I can't imagine using anything else.

Yes, a CMS is much more efficient, as it does that by default. Do a quick search on the Café for "cms" to get some great resources.
