I'm trying to put together a act around the Greek Myths and stories and link them together. I figured the best was is to use coins. I'm have some trouble with remembering tricks with 4 coins.
I have 4 coins production, coins across, and coins through table, maybe thinking of Shadow coins and Matrix, but not sure if they would fit. So if you guys have any ideas or other types of effects (they can be gaffed or non-gaffed) that would be great. |

Do you mean 4 known and apparent coins, or three visible and one hidden from the audience?

What is the presentation, or the story you're trying to convey? It'll be easier to match a coin effect to the story then the other way around.

the story of Daedalus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daedalus) I want to use coins across and maybe something else. and maybe the story of the Creation of Man (http://www.greekmythology.com/Myths/The_Myths/Creation_of_Man_by_Prometheus/creation_of_man_by_prometheus.html) |

My old favorite, Tarbell's "Birds of a Feather" can be done with coins or stones or nuts or anything -- four objects and a napkin. On the 'ancient side" I once did the effect with a diaper as a loin cloths and a story about a guy with four --
you get the idea.

On a more serious note, there is nothing about a 'Flight" type of effect that restricts you to three coins -- except traditional moves, I guess. If you can do a 'palms up' presentation istead of "in the fingers," a fourth coin would only require using a different sleight to get the forth coin over. Of course, you can use "one behind" moves to make three coins appear as four and only have to catch up at the end. PM me if that doesn't make sense.
Also, if you can do a Gaffless #FLy -- just add a Shell, and ...
