Just let the seat of your pants do it as the manager drags you out the door!

Don't even think of doing a snowstorm in strolling out of courtesy for the host!!!

its a stage effect to clean up later with a small vacum cleaner etc..

Some managers could fire you immediately if you did that in 1 of their venues!!
without maybe prior consent but they don't like mess

A long time ago I saw a guy do his act with a big tarp on the floor. He did the salt trick and other stuff- production items. He was well known for sleeving. Also he had a book out on his silk production act; but I forget his name.(not Duval)I guess when the act is over he cleaned up later after dragging the tarp out of sight.

You could use dissolving paper... and then just pour a couple of pitchers of water all over the floor.

Be careful with the pitchers of water... make sure, there aren't any goldfishes in there.

I know this was a joke, but it is not the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Anyone who says "there is no such thing as a stupid question" has never attended a magic lecture.

You remind me a story that Mark Mason tell to me in when he says to a (magician-spectator) lift his RIGHT HAND and put any quantity of fingers to select a number...well hi does his stuff , amaze the audience and later come the explanations and Q.A segment,He explain the effect and ask por questions:This guy come and ask: If the spectator lift his LEFT HAND the effect anyway works?
As a joke probably is nice but he IS SURE that the man is serious.
Mark answer with some of his " Masonistic" humor and is an anecdote that he tell in all his lectures!
So as Danny says: Attend magic lectures for the most.....UNUSUAL questions you ever think.
Thanks,
Hansel!

I watched lectures at Magic Inc. in Chicago for 10 years I have some questions that are like that.

"Can you do that with a red deck"?

My wife always thought this was a joke because NOBODY could be this dumb.

I brought her years later to meet Jay and sure enough a lecture was going on. he lecturer was using a yellow rope for whatever reason and the question, "can you do that with a white rope" came out. Till that exact moment she thought I was exaggerating for effect LOL.

Yes. Toilet paper would dissolve with water applied to it. So just hose down the place or set off the sprinklers at the end of the shift.
