I have been talking with one of the producers of this show. It appears to be kind of an "America's Got Talent" for the redneck crowd. I promised her that I would help spread the word amongst the variety entertainer's/juggler's world. Don't know a lot of the details, but the info on the site from the link I attached should answer any questions. Any Larry the Cable Guy type jugglers out there?

Red neck crowd?

I'm sorry, as a Brit could you please explain what you mean? I always thought the term redneck was a dirogatory term.

It could either be an insult or a point of pride. Depending on your feelings on the word. Basically the term "red neck" came from an expression for farmers, country boys, or hicks... who work out in the sun all day, so the back of their neck get sun burned or "red". That's the literal definition of the word. It has come to sometimes mean people who are also perhaps bigoted, sexist and/or racist and stupid, but not always. One comedian, Jeff Foxworthy, built an empire and made a fortune on books call "You might be a Redneck if...". All sold to people who are proud and happy to be called rednecks. So, there ya go. An insult is an insult only in the ears of the person hearing it as an insult
