Hi there,
Does anybody know what the rules and regulations are regarding Busking & Street Performing in Loughborough? I've posted this under "The Side Walk Shuffle" as well before anybody asks... Many thanks Mark

Hey Mark,
Not got any specifics but last I heard there was no license needed. Although things could've changed. If you just go out and start working someone will come over and ask to see your license if you need one. If you don't then they won't. This is my general approach. Obviously if there's a sign that states no busking then you have your answer... Although you could simply "not see it" and play dumb. Just don't busk under the sign Or, check with the local public library. They tend to know who to contact if you have to. If you get in touch with the council they may try to make you get a traders license. This in nonsense as you only need one if you're selling. So make sure it's obvious you're busking
