Hi everyone,
It's great to finally join a community of magicians. I've been doing magic as a hobby to my friends and colleagues for almost 8 years now. I love money tricks as I could always bring them in my wallet. I'm looking forward to reading opinions in various money tricks.

Hey Fritzcm!
Welcome to the Café! Hope you have a great time discussing money tricks. What kind of coins do you handle in Budapest? -Anthony

Hi Anthony,
I'm more on the paper money. I currently have Two Dollar Window and an old trick I forgot the name. I bought it a long time ago. I also have Greed, Haunted Dollar Bill, and Extreme Burn. I'm checking out Handout 500 and Extreme Burn 2.0. I'm also looking for a reliable and secure online store aside from Ellusionist and Penguin Magic. Shipping from their location might be more expensive than somewhere here in Europe. Right now, I only know one hands-on magic shop in Budapest, Figaro. Are you also into money tricks? Br//Fritz

Well, Australia has stupid plastic money, so none of that awesome visual fun for me.
But coins yes! And we have a few coins that suit my hand size and skill. I pluck them from behind peoples ears very often. And sneeze them up, that gets a laugh. -Anthony

Hmm, perhaps I should try coin magic again. I tried the Raven but I just don't have the skills for that yet. My nephew always sees where it goes. The sound it makes always spoils the trick for me.

Thanks Chad. I'm also interested in card handling. I currently have a Mental Photography Deck, Stripper Deck, and Svengali Deck. I'll check out some of the advises for proper handling of these cards. I was able to buy Zinc Stearate here in Budapest so I could fan the cards for the Stripper Deck. Now I'm looking for roughing fluid/powder. My Mental Photography Deck needs some roughing fluid.

I think Raven would be good for outside or noisy situations.
I just got back from a few drinks with friends and they were really impressed with the stripper deck. I worked on the Ambitious Card routine. It was fun. I'm just glad my friends never forced me to reveal the secrets.
