Steve Axtell informed us on WorldVents that Paul Winchell's domain had expired and was picked up as what amounts to a link farm. Apparently the links change because earlier today, it offered pornography, later it was promoting photography.

(If you go there - DO NOT click any links. If they make money off the site it will be harder to obtain the domain name.)

Considering Paul's prominence, I hate to see this happen. I have contacted his daughter and she is now involved in trying to obtain the domain. I've offered to handle the hosting and domain renewal if needed to keep the site as a tribute to Paul.

As I wrote that, April just informed me if she gets the site, she will indeed turn it over to me for the tribute site.

I will keep everyone informed of the situation as it unfolds.
