That's Dean's Triangle without the triangle prop, but using the coins and glass bowl that came with the apparatus.

Is that hand through the table effect one that can be purchased? I have never seen that before (except the tenyo version)

That's funny Jonathan.
Did not care for the shill camera work and the table gave it away before the effect even started. I thought Cyril's version that Curtis referred to was way more effective. Working surrounded by spectators can often draw attention to the wrong things. Where would one perform this other than television?
