I was just curious if Little Man made the latest promised release date. I canceled my order awhile back because they kept missing deadlines and haven't heard anything for some time. Did it make it? And, if so, does anyone have it and have any thoughts about is?

Some sites still list it with the February release date. Looks like they read the negative feedback on the 'walking' and scrubbed the project.

It seems Little Man has left the building...

I can't imagine they scrubbed the project, but it does appear that they missed yet another deadline...unless, of course, it gets released tomorrow. I was just checking.

The last word on it was actually on the Magic Geek site a couple of months ago -- the end of January. The guy who does their demos said that his site had been hired to do the instructional video. I think that's the last word from anyone connected to the project.

I received an email from Janet a couple of weeks ago in regards delivery address confirmation.

There was supposed to be a new demo that Janet promised everyone, but I'm not surprised that there isn't. I'm not surprised to see that yet again, another deadline had been broken either.
I don't understand what the hold up could be? Last we heard all was well with the prototype, and production on Little Man had begun.

Neither do I, but then it isn't important that I "understand" because I don't have a Little Man on order, nor do I plan on ordering one. GospelDan, you do have an order in for Little Man.....right? If folks don't have an order in, some might find it a bit strange to see them having such deep, ongoing personal struggles with the Little Man release date. I hope you all find peace soon....(here's a little secret to help your search for peace......look within). |

Silverking,
Most people who are commenting on this thread and other threads about Little Man don't have a pre-order, nor is it a prerequisite to be able to comment about Little Man.

I have followed the saga of Little Man ever since it was first marketed. Until the demo came out I was very positive about it's possabilities. I had my money put aside to purchase it, but the demo was unimpressive to me. The marketing was lousy, and Janet's broken promises and half truths didn't help the matter either.
Most of the time I ignore you. I will continue to ignore you again.

Can anyone who does Little Man post so we can hear how it plays in the real world?

Paul and Janet are responsible for their special kind of marketing a product. The marketing campaign of Little Man made me and other magic friends suspicious. And the reasons for the missing video convinced me, that the product will not be what the ads promised.
Interesting: When the official video came out, the interest went away. Gunthard |
