Hey Folks,
Here is a Video Demo of my latest creation...
the Sponge Ball Wand!
Inspired by the Classic Coin Wand and boy can you have some fun with this!
I put Brian Cook on the spot and gave him about 5 minutes of practice and we went to shooting the video. Sure there are a few "flashes" etc however time was not on our side. I think he did a GREAT job representing a small amount of possibilities you can achieve with the marvelous Utility Prop!
The Sponge Ball Wand will be ready for shipping Monday April 12.
We will have all the info posted on our website by this weekend as well as our EXCLUSIVE Dealer Hocus-Pocus.com
Enjoy the video and we hope you like the new creation!
estimated retail price: $75

That certainly beats the effects that I knew knew about with the coin wand. I imagine there will be a lot of routines developed, centered around the sponge ball wand.

Chance, I love it, but for me, it screams comedy more than serious magic! It reminds me of the "Blooming Flower Wand", and of course with this, you could re-appear a vanished ball, make the ball vanish from the wand and appear on your nose, etc. Huge comedy potential, and a great new wand for us all!
COOL! I need this for my next Christmas show!

Hey there Potty, I have to disagree with you here. I only had a short amount of time to play with this and I think this prop can be performed either serious or comedic. I think the video shows you some of the cool things that can be done that is very visual. I for one will use this in my kids show done to music and be a fast paced opening effect. Brian

Potty,
I agree with both you and Brian.
My actual intent was for this to be for kids shows as a comedy prop. We just didn't have any kids handy during the shooting of the video so we just went with it to show the versatility beyond typical kids applications.
The Sponge Ball Wand has so many applications that I think anyone who has the slightest bit of creativity will really have fun with this.
I plan to create an EXTENDED Demo Video with additional ideas created and performed by Oscar Munoz and Arthur Atsma. I am sending them each a wand and they plan to tape some very cool new ideas! I will post the new YouTube link as soon as it is complete!
Thanks to Brian Cook for starting the ball rolling!!

Hey folks,
A few additional notes...
* The wand requires the use of a 2" Sponge Ball or smaller
* This device causes wear and tear on the Sponge Ball. Replacing the Appearing Ball is quick and simple. Be sure to ORDER EXTRA SPONGE BALLS ASAP so you are ready to go at all times. We recommend a Bag of 50 Balls for your Appearing Ball Color choice and Two boxes of 4 Balls for your Color Change Ball Choice.
* You will need a Hot Glue Gun to attach the preferred Color of Ball and Magnet Shim to your Color Change Ball.
* The Video Demo shows many ideas that involve additional accessories that ARE NOT INCLUDED! Please note below what is actually included.

Thanks

Thanks for the support guys!
Sales are moving very well.
There are many options for getting sponge balls in bulk quantities.
Just do a Google search and pick your favorite dealer as I do not want to bias the choice.
Thanks again!!
