Wow, that's a great clip.

It makes me think of an old saying too.
Humans make life so interesting. Do you know that in a universe so full of wonders, they have managed to create boredom. Quite astonishing.

If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

"We were lucky, but I firmly believe you have to earn your miracles."

What a great quote!

I did feel a bit sorry for the guy in the losing team who was rushing around telling the other players to get back in the game and trying to rush interlopers off the court. The silence of the home crowd when the basket drops is funny.

Speaking of quotes, I love this one: "The more you practice the luckier you get".

Just think about it.
If I were to agree with you. Then we would both be wrong. As of Apr 5, 2015 10:26 pm I have 880 posts. Used to have over 1,000

Undoubtedly that is how I try to live my life by, along the lines of God helps those who help themselves.

What's the proverb: "Basketball is a silly game"?

John
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.--Yeats

It's a conundrum. Which proposition is before us?

1. Got helps those who help themselves (among others).
2. God helps only those who help themselves.
3. God helps all those who help themsevles.
4. God helps those and only those who help themselves.
5. God helps all those and only those who help themselves.

This proverb is exhausting me.
