Help! I'm looking for a silver PK ring. Any suggestions? It seems my size, 10.5, is hard to find.

I have the Wizard from World Magic Shop. I bought a medium based on the fact that I wanted a 10 1/2. It fits great.

I took it to a jeweler and they put it on their ring measuring pole. They said it is actually an 11.

There have been some threads about a website where PK rings are cheaper, but I'm sure happy with mine.

Hi,
you should think about this

the Any Ring PK is a great idea and you can use your own fingerrings.

The Any Ring PK is a sweet little utility device that you slip on when you want to have a PK ring. The ring itself is not PK.

Also, here is another place that sells silver PK rings (less than $10).

My golden PK ring color is fading away. Is there a solution to make it as new ?

I bought a gold plating kit from Caswell, Inc. Not too costly and I have replated my ring several times to make it look new again. It's called "Plug N' Plate". They are on the internet.

They also have other metal plating kits as well.

ms,
Is your ring fading from on the inside part?
If that's the case you can "protect" the finish using a light coat of clear nail polish.

Hope this helps!

Thank you Ron & thank you Rochaz.

It is fading away on the top and almost all the golden plate on it is gone.

To buy a gold plated machine kit to re-plate the ring is good. But may be costly.....it's better to buy another one. Any other suggestion please.

As Rochaz suggested, I will apply some nail polish in the inside to protect the inside this time .

My Pk ring fell on the floor. To my surprise, it was broken in three pieces.

PLEASE, CAN ANYONE ADVISE.

The one thing a PK ring is vulnerable to is shock. Dropiing it or hitting it accidently against something hard will break the ring into 2 or more pieces. My first one I also dropped and it broke into 2 pieces.

I went to Super Magnet Man http://www.supermagnetman.net/index.php?cPath=48 and bought two rings. Less than $10 for each. They work great and now have a backup spare.

Unfortuantly if you live in the Uk supermagnetman isn't a great option as his postage costs per ring are rather high
