If you put that silly red jacket on Kelly I just might take you up on that offer. I'm on my way to Kutztown.

Very nice turnout for this convention.Kevin James info on AGT was very interesting.
Thanks to those who put the convention on. I got sick and had to leave early. I missed the close up and stage show.
Fielding West wore street shoes on the gym floor, and I am telling!
Whenever I see Ryan I wonder what happened to the pimp hat from his avatar.
Kyle was not wearing his red coat.First at MAES and now here. How much disappointment can we take?Is there any redress to these broken promises?

I have 2 questions.
1) How did the purchasers get the doves home? It was sold without the cage.Did they use Mr Wests dove harnesses?
2)What was that smell outside the middle school? It wasn't solid cow exhaust . I know that all too well.

George and Johanna got the doves home the usual way. By carrier pigeon, of course. Little known fact about those particular doves: they were made with one-quarter cleansing cream.
Cheers,
Steve

The school was surrounded by corn fields, and the smell you smelled was fertilizer.

The show was absolutely the best ever, but it was also kinda sad for me to see Todd retire from promoting this great convention. It is EASILY, EASILY, EASILY the best one day magic convention on the east coast, and I'm afraid it will also be the last.

Todd baby we will ALL miss you

Had a great time at the convention! The shows and lectures were great, the dealer selection was wonderful, dinner was good. I'll definitely be back again.

The only thing I could nitpick on was the non magic items in the auction.

Everyone working with the convention did a great job! Thanks!

You have a more decerning nose than I do, to me it smelled like poop. LOL

The best part of the show was when Kevin James wheeled the severed half body over to us, and got the lady sitting next to me to check out his/her pulse. Speaking of pooping your self, she was terrified. Before the show started she told me that it was such a long day, and she was very drousey. After Kevin finished with her she was wired.

Great value convention, best stage show I'd seen in a long time, cannot understand why there were not more people there with the fantastic line up. Great stage.

I enjoyed myself. Look forward to the next whoever organises it.

We decided not to advertise and keep the show smaller than last year. Last year was too much trouble for what it's worth. Not enough help. We are a small group not a large organization. Last year people on the committee couldn't even enjoy it. This was my first year I actually got to sit down and watch the entire show. As for the convention ... I missed everything, too bad but I was lucky enough to spend quality time with Kevin James and Johnny thompson. And it was more of a pleasure for me to finally host my good friend Fielding out on the town.
I still can't get over how some people complain about this convention. I had a guy complain about the onions were too cold and cut too big, I had a guy complain about the stage show was on the other side of the school, I had a women complain about she didn't make the lecture cause she got lost and that was my fault for having the convention in Kutztown.

Please tell me where else you can go in the united states for a convention that feeds you for free and gives you a three headliner act on the same bill for $50????

It's amazing what some people biotch about.

Todd,
Take a well deserved bow, you certainly earned it. I remember when Kutztown was struggling to keep the convention alive in the old hall.

You guys have not only saved it, but brought it back to life with a renewed energy.

Each year it gets better and better, and while you will never be able to please everyone, just think of all the people who will be rushing to come back next year. Satisfied returning attendees will keep the dream alive.

Your entire staff did a great job, and worked hard to make it a success, so don't let anyone bring you down. 5 Stars in my book, I will continue to recommend the convention to everyone I know.

Todd,

You and your staff have created something very special. It is a one-of-a-kind event that it unmatched on the West Coast, the East Coast or anyplace in between. It is, by far, the best convention in the U.S.A. There is no comparison by any reasonable standard.

Each year, you manage to get phenomenal talent. You have superb lectures. The dealers are all good guys with a fine variety of products. The auction is always entertaining. The dinner is great and the stage show is a value that no magic group or organization has ever been able to replicate. What you have done it something that the major magic organizations have been unable to do. You have created a single day of excellence in magic with little or no downtime for an exceptional price. You and your staff have done as much for the art of magic as any performer who has appeared at your convention. For this, I salute you guys!

Putting something like this together must be a very difficult task. Please know that it is greatly appreciated by many including myself. I know that you indicated that this will be your last year producing the convention. While I completely understand your decision, I hope you have a change of heart.

Congratulations on the 2010 Convention - the best one ever.

Hi Al,

It was a pleasure to see you as always at Kutztown.

I don't understand the reference in Todd's post or your post to the onions.

I had a delicious dinner, but have no recollection of seeing any onions.

Everything was great.

Take care my friend.

Peter ,they sold hot dogs in the side hallway. I believe the onions were provided there.$2.50 for hot dog soda and chips was a good deal.Glenn

I absolutely loved everything about the convention including the onions on my hot dog. I was making fun of the people who had the nerve to complain about insignificant things.
