Unfortunate dealings with a real estate agent this weekend. Every time I get near one of these clowns I am reminded this:

Victory! Thanks to camera phone and the threat of a report to Consumer Affairs over the use of (illegal) dummy bids, house obtained for $5000 less than final bid. After everything is settled, I'll probably report them anyway...
