I think you get over it with more experience. I know my hands sweat less these days even though overall its the same. Smile

I have a gland problem in my hands, constant sweaty.

Its a nightmare when wanting to pratice or perform! I can feel when its going to kick in like a tape so I have put my cards away or they get ruined instant.

Fed up with it

Maybe have some kind of powder? Or something to dry out your hands?

Have a handtowel clipped in-between the belt and pants, or a small facecloth towel in both pockets to soak up the wetness.
And don't get worked up when it starts, breathe slowly, calm, acknowledge the fact and move on. getting worked up ups the heart rate and makes your hands gush.
Or do magic like in the 30's and 40's when they wore white gloves.

There is a foot cream deodorant cream called "Lavilin" that you can rub into the palms of your hands. It should do the trick because it turns off sweat glands. If not see your doctor.
