I was playing around with rubberbands lately and I think I created a trick with them..

I`ll explain it...

start with crazyman`s handcuffs and when you are going to separate the rubberbands only half of the rubberband that is suppose to be separated made it through the other...

so you show how the rubberband is inside the other one...

then you pull it out and now they are completely separated...

I hope I made myself clear...

has this been done before?

Kind of...I see the handling is a little bit different...but esentially we achieve the same result...

I don't know if anyone makes claim to this, but I discovered this by accident a few years ago. It happened when I got my fingers going where they weren't supposed to, and saw that just one of the two sides of the band did the penetration. I thought it look pretty good, but found it hard to do reproducibly.
