Hi All
I have have a client who is looking to include an illusion piece in a conference with the following brief: Innovation Hungry – we are after an idea whereby we can bring this message to life. One suggestion made is that of an ‘illusion’ whereby you take seemingly unrelated graphics/placards and when put together (linear or not) they create a new image (like the Magic Eye principle). The one thing to bear in mind is the room will be large so this will need to be clearly viewed from the front table to those right at the back. • It should be a clever trick, one which is innovative, makes us think differently, interactive and fun • The final picture/objective could reflect messages including money, success, ‘time to excel’, number 1 • There will be 6 people on stage, so the final picture/item could be made up of 6 or 12 unrelated pictures/items or these people could be used as props I've been pondering all afternoon as to what I could utilize that would fit in with what they want.. does anyone have any suggestions? Your help is much appreciated. Regards Sean |

There is the idea of the "last two cards match" with the down under deal which cards with images can be shuffled and eliminated and the volunteer ends up with the last 2 cards that match, then all the other cards that were discarded also match for a kicker, that idea may work...

Hi Sean,
If I'm understanding this correctly, you're looking for a final image to reflect "innovation"? Is that right? How about a mental prediction. Pass out your 6 seemingly unrelated objects. Do a "reading" on each using money, success, time to excell etc... Then when putting together the images, it reveals the company logo, or an innovative person that's inspired the company etc... And that will match your seemingly unrelated and impossible prediction. Does that help or am I totally barking up a wrong tree?
