I will be going to Amsterdam in October, wanted to know if this is a good time for street performers. How is the weather during this time of year? I would love to just sit back and watch, who knows maybe even try a pitch.

Gloomy with a chance of junkies...It always seems to be raining...but I hear they're starting to let up on their ban of non-European performers.

Amsterdam in October is like any place up north in October, with lots of rain and wind added in. It's the place where perfectly good umbrellas go to die. Rome and Barcelona are the places to be in October. The further south, the better.
