I have had generally good things to say about Penguin and I slipped them an e-mail about the following. I am still on the fence about the new Barrie Richardson DVD's and noticed 'average rating' of 2 stars out of 5 came up for volume 1. That doesn't look good. Then I saw that everage rating was based on only one review and when I clicked on to see what the reviewer had to say, it appeared that the anonymous reviewer was basing his/her opinion only on the promo clip. I am all in favor of honest opinion but I think it unfair to rate a DVD based on one's dislike for the promotion clip. That's what it looked like to me anyway and if that is the case, I say "Wrongo!"
