Today I did an adult party at a private club. I took SterGazer with me, but I did not expect much. Boy was I pleasantly surprised, all the mom's wanted a yellow star shaped rubber band to take home for their daughters, and grand daughters. I must have given out 50 of them today. Kids swap the silly bands, and I am the one and only source for the yellow stars. Women who did not want to see the trick all wanted a yellow star shaped rubber band to take home. This silly band fad is playing right into my hands. Thank you Alan Wong for making me the hit of the party today.

Al,
Thanks for posting this. I was wondering if the silly band fad would neutralize the uniqueness of Star Gazer. After your post I can see how it would actually compliment it.

Silly band fad? We haven't seen this in the UK yet, but you can bet that anything that goes in the US will shortly be popular int he UK. Would you care to elaborate about the "silly band fad?"

Silly bands You can buy a bag of silly bands at most stores for a small amount of money. They are animal shaped, and other familiar shapes. There are many shapes, and many colors. Each bag is a mix of rubber bands, and some rubber bands are scarcer than others. Little girls mostly wear them around their wrists, and trade them with friends. I would say that MOST children (or most little girls) in this country wear them. My wife swaps them with her 4 year old grand daughter. StarGazer If there are certain rare silly bands, and I am the only source of the yellow stars that I magically make for each child it makes me glad that in my refrigerator is a big bag of them.

Hi Al,
Very nice to hear your Stargazer story. With the silly bands fad my other piece the Linking LoverBands will also make a lasting impression with the real linking heart shapes made in the same silicone materials as the silly banz. Stargazer forever!
If you cannot win, make the one ahead of you break the record.
