Does anyone have a source of vintage photos from 1860 to 1960? I need photos that can be reprinted in a book ( without paying copyright fees). The photo cds on the internet that I have found can only be used in handmade objects. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Sometimes locol historical societies have such available with a one time limited rights purchase (no widely distributed books allowed, or for theatrical use only).
