Has anyone had problems maintaining life and/or healthcare insurance due to your 'dangerous' activities? (provided you had insurance to begin with)

I still have health insuracne that covers my feet and ankles despite being born with Club Foot. I am the only one I know of who has health insurance that covers a conjenital birth defect.
Looked at the contentes forhte cover and it does not mention anything about dagerous activities. Bu then it is a UK policy and we all know us brits are inredibly safe and courteous at all times!  What oh!
