Those of you who own or who have used both........which do you like better and why? They both look like great pumps and you probably can't go wrong with either. I'm just looking at something a little lighter than my Pump 1.

I have a mini mac and have used a filbert and I prefer the mini mac from a practical standpoint. I like it better because the shoulder strap makes it easier logistically, also after reading the maintenance care on both pages, you can only use certain things on filbert. That being said, I definitely like the look of the filbert better, the mini mac looks like it was home made. I am more of a practical person and that's why I went with the mac but from using both, you can't go wrong with either one

I am a fan of the mac. The Filbert is nice, But I like the fact that if I had to, I could repair the thing myself at the hardware store.

Its holds balloons on the side and looks like a work of art.

Very light and can be used in a lot of places.

I own both.

They are almost equal. For me the fibert wins by one point, but the base of mine broke. I went to the local hardware store and stuck a toliet ring base type of thing. Every once in awhile someone knows what it is and it's funny.

It is a toss up.

I have the mini mac and if the filbert works the same I would say go with the filbert only because of the balloon holding ability. However, I went with the mac because the filbert website said it would take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

I use mini mac light. One advantage is that it doesn't look as kid-friendly and so kids won't touch it with their sticky hands.
