I have done very well in Bobo's course . My hands are small enough that I cannot classic palm a silver dollar however I do well with halves. I am wondering what I should move on to next?

David Roth's Expert Coin Magic, anything from Marion Boykin (at http://www.vinnymarini.com), David Stone's DVDs, Slydini's work.
Can't go wrong with any of those, IMHO.
The current economic crisis is due to all the coins I've vanished.

I've heard various people singing the praises of Michael Ammar's various coin books/DVDs so that's probably worth a look. Alternatively I've used David Roth's DVDs at various times and found them quite useful, and there's also a DVD version of Modern Coin Magic by Ben Salinas which does explain a few things quite well that I didn't think were particularly clear in the book and also include a few extras from outside Bobo. I would however recommend that you completely ignore everything he says about the history behind various methods/props because he's usually wrong - Just check in Bobo's wonderful book for these facts.
Also if you're up for a challenge have a look at Sick by Ponta the Smith - Sadly some of the routines require the use of dollar sized coins which you mentioned were too large for your hands (Unless your hands really are tiny in which case halves may work), however there are some excellent matrix and coin assembly routines with half dollars that may make up for it. |

People told me I actually should stay away from Sick? I have taken a look at it and it is awesome but in some ways I feel I can get a lot more for the price of it.

The Matrix routines on Sick are simple enough. The rest is good for inspiration.
You can get started right now with a few downloads from http://www.vinnymarini.com The list of great material can go on forever. Those listed above will get you going nicely.

Took a look at the website. Great stuff! Downloads are a little expensive compared to what you get.

So many ways to get from here to there, great challenges big and small on the journey. Thanks for mentioning La Famiglia jazzy and Fish, I like to think that even though we might toil in the shadows of the Castle, that our ideas and offerings are recognized for the good magic it brings forth still within this greater environment. Speaking of "Challenges," reminds me of how the great French swordsman, Cyrano de Bergerac responded to the concept of big & small, that he did not have a complete set of white gloves or shiny buckles on his shoes...Anyone remember that? Pure magic!
CYRANO's response: "I carry my adornments on my soul. I do ... not dress up like a popinjay; But inwardly, I keep my daintiness. I do not bear with me, by any chance, An insult not yet washed away – a conscience Yellow with unpurged bile – an honor frayed To rags, a set of scruples badly worn. Nay... I go caparisoned in gems unseen, Trailing white plumes of freedom, garlanded With my good name – no figure of a man, But a soul clothed in shining armor, hung With deeds for decorations..." La Famiglia! PS - And I'm not sorry if I digressed.

Yeah that was what I immediately did with the dollars however the main reason is that I use the classic palm to make it seem completely natural. Whenever I go into a Retention I always put the coin in thumb palm. Much quicker. And later putting it into classic palm. I can handle a silver dollar overall but I feel uncomfortable with one of my most used moves. So far I only use Eisenhowers for my Winged silver and 3 Fly routine. And a couple more routines but like I said I always feel uncomfortable. And I have to agree that Thumb Palm is a very used move of mine.

All the advice here is wonderful! Bookwise I recommend David Roth's Expert Coin Magic. DVD wise I recommend David Stone's Coin DVDS as the next step towards coin mastery.
