I live in Los Angeles, California and I was interested in taking the six week course for beginners at the Magic Castle. It goes for $295.00 for one night per week for six weeks. They are two hour classes. Is there anyone that can give me some good advice about this. And yes I do consider myself a beginner.

Desprado:
I had the pleasure of sitting in, briefly, at one of the classes. If you're a beginner and have a true interest in learning magic, I think it would be well, well worth the money. If for nothing else, the idea of learning magic at the Castle!

Thanks Mr. Friedberg. I have been learning magic from books and many videos for over a year now and I thought that maybe it would be good to actually learn hands on from a professional. Plus I could use the guest pass to the Castle for the six weeks.
