Suspended Dimension DVD by Dan Sylvester sounds absolutely incredible. You can supposedly do topit work with no jacket and no sleeves.
Although this sounds like a must buy, it also sounds like it's too good to be true. If anyone has additional information or even a personal review, I'd love to hear it. Later on, Peter.

Look in the video reviews in the "Good, Bad, and the Garbage" section of this site. It requires "something" but not a jacket.
